Work Teams bring members together in small virtual groups to share progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and keep each other accountable. Work Teams are also a valuable networking opportunity — members build genuine professional relationships with peers who understand exactly what they are navigating. Facilitated by a volunteer leader, they meet regularly. Members consistently name this as one of the most valuable parts of MyCareer Place.
