The Executive Leadership Alliance (ELA) is a group within MyCareer Place membership for senior-level and C-suite executives in active job search. Members share networking contacts, employment opportunities, recruiter leads, and career advice to support each other’s search. Every member is both a provider and a receiver of help. 
ELA membership requires active MyCareer Place membership. Participation is by invitation only
and limited to 20 active members. Prospective members are identified and invited by the Group
Chair/Facilitator. If invited, they attend a meeting and are placed on a waitlist. A spot opens
when a current member lands a position and moves to inactive status.Initial fee upon joining: $200, annual renewal $100.
