How It Works
Members complete a coaching intake form shortly after joining. The form covers professional background, job search status, and the areas where they want the most help. After completing the three orientation workshops (Navigating Your Job Search, CliftonStrengths, and Creating Your Job Search Project Plan), than an intake meeting is held to discuss their needs and ensure the right coach match.
Our volunteer coaches work with you one-on-one on the specific job search challenges you bring: your resume, interview preparation, LinkedIn presence, or search strategy. Coaching is targeted and tactical. It is not open-ended career exploration.
